You will make an impact by

Leading financial and econometric modelling assignments, driving desk research, and preparing client-ready slides under senior guidance
Building baseline analysis and benchmark data books, charts, and exhibits, running quality checks on numbers and sources
Heading selected due diligence workstreams with data collection, cleaning, and first-line analysis across M&A, valuation, and strategy
Preparing meeting notes, maintaining workstream trackers, and updating documentation in PMO systems
Contributing to proposals guided by a senior associate or engagement manager
Deliver internal projects and guiding supporting interns, including knowledge assets and templates
Lecturing on relevant industry and functional developments in our internal academy format

What you bring to the firm

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 1–3 years relevant experience
Advanced to proficient MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) skills
Fluency in English, fluency in second language required, German or Asian language skills are advantageous
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through, strive for excellent deliverables
Ability to manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines in fast-paced settings, comfortable navigating in ambiguity
Clear written and verbal communicator, comfortable with senior management and global stakeholder exposure
Team player with positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ownership mindset
Adaptable across industries, quick learner with commercial awareness
Self-directed, analytically rigorous, handling confidential information with integrity and sound judgment

A strong academic background is important. While we do not require you to have a major or degree in Economics or Finance, profound numerical skills are needed to succeed in our industry.
